Dear Friend of Del Lago PTA;

The Del Lago PTA is a not-for-profit organization operating under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.   We have received a group exemption granted by the California PTA.  Our legal name is PTA California Congress of Parents – Del Lago Elementary.   As a registered 501(c)3 organization we are exempted from paying federal income tax on money earned from our fundraising programs. This exemption is also extended to any donors who may wish to deduct contributions to the Del Lago Elementary PTA. Our Tax ID # is 95-3541307.  We accept Matching Funds Donations from all Business donors.  Donations made to our organization will used to purchase new Technology equipment for our classrooms, and will benefit all Students at Del Lago.   Please consult a tax professional for further details about donor deductions.
