Show-You-Care

May 5-9, 2014

During the week of May 5-9 we will Show we care about our Teachers in a special way.  A morning treat, a kind word, a special gift, a beautiful flower and lunch time goodies to show how much we appreciate what our Teachers do for us each day.

MONDAY- A Morning Treat…Let’s kick off the week with the Coffee Cart!  Starbucks Coffee, Bagels and Donuts will be served in the morning to show each teacher we care!

TUESDAY- FLOWERS and NOTES!!! We will hang banners all over the campus for our students to write little notes of “THANKS’ to your teachers and students are encouraged to bring a flower to give to their teacher as they enter the classroom!

WEDNESDAY- Salad and Sandwich Buffet….PTA has a light lunch planned for Del Lago teachers today and parents can help with donations.  A healthy teacher is a happy teacher!

THURSDAY- “WISHING WELL”…..In the front office, each teacher has a list of items she would love to have donated to her class!  Surprise her with a special little something for her class. Teachers always need an item here or there throughout the year ;)

FRIDAY- Fiesta Grilled Chicken Taco Lunch…. PTA will be serving lunch at the end of the week! We thank our Del Lago Families that help volunteer and donate to make each teacher function a success!
