Saddleback District Volunteer Form

All parents that wish to volunteer for the Marathon Club and those parents of participating kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students, must fill out this form.

Once the form is completed, bring in a copy of your driver’s license and give it to Miss April in the front office.  If you believe you have already completed this form, please check with Miss April.
